At present, the supply-demand relationship in the global power semiconductor market remains tight. The high-voltage platform of new energy vehicles is accelerating its penetration, the demand for UPS power supply has significantly increased, and the market for industrial frequency converters continues to expand. All these factors have jointly driven the growth trend of IGBT module demand in the market.
In the face of the dual situation of shrinking industry supply and expanding demand, we rely on our full-chain capabilities covering R&D, production and testing to launch three different specifications of IGBT modules: 650V/400A, 650V/200A, and 1200V/600A, respectively corresponding to different voltage and current levels of application requirements. These three products adopt trench gate/faraday cutoff structure or trench gate/non-through structure, with a working junction temperature of up to 150°C. The mechanical properties of the copper substrate and standard packaging ensure that our power modules can achieve long-term reliable operation.

Among them, the 650V/400A product focuses on low switching loss and is suitable for UPS and industrial transmission scenarios; the 650V/200A product has high short-circuit capacity and is suitable for industrial applications such as frequency converters, motor transmission and welding machines; the 1200V/600A product integrates NTC temperature detection and is targeted at solar power generation and high-voltage frequency converters, etc.
We offer a full range of IGBT module products and driver board solutions covering voltage levels from 650V to 1200V. In the future, we will continue to provide power device support for the new energy and industrial frequency conversion markets, leveraging our entire industrial chain capabilities to facilitate the upgrade of IGBT modules.
