Micro vehicle motor and control solutions
The motor controller products of Wisedrivepower are compatible with two major micro vehicle platforms, catering to different application scenarios respectively.
The 96V micro vehicle platform is suitable for micro vehicles, three-wheelers and light construction machinery. The system adopts flat-wound motors to enhance heat dissipation and power density, integrates VCU functions and supports OTA remote upgrades. The lightweight design helps reduce the vehicle's weight and improve energy efficiency.
The 320V Mini Electric Vehicle Motor Controller platform of our second model in the series is specifically designed for compact passenger cars, sweeper vehicles and construction machinery. This electric drive system integrates VCU functions, UDS diagnostics and OTA upgrades, featuring active damping and comprehensive fault protection, creating a more comfortable driving experience for vehicle users.
Generator and Controller Platform for eVTOL
The low-altitude flight field is a natural extension of the core technologies of electric drive. We have always believed that this field is not an unattainable concept.
We have independently developed a 73kW SiC EVTOL Integrated Generator Unit, which is directly connected to the engine shaft and employs silicon carbide controller technology. It achieves industry-leading levels in terms of power density, heat dissipation efficiency, and lightweighting. This unit is not only suitable for electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL), but can also be extended to scenarios such as remote special vehicles.
Technical highlights:
- Utilization of high-power-density silicon carbide (SiC): Increases switching frequency, reduces losses, and the overall efficiency is superior to that of traditional electric drive solutions.
- Integrated integration design: The generator and the controller are highly integrated, reducing external wiring and volume, and facilitating the layout of the aircraft.
- Extensive environmental verification: It has passed multiple reliability tests including vibration, temperature variations (both high and low), and electromagnetic compatibility, meeting the requirements for aerospace applications.
Currently, our technology has been verified in low-altitude application scenarios. We have successively provided core technology support to enterprises such as Zuo Meng Kongshe Technology.
