This two-in-one integrated motor controller unit features a direct connection to the crankshaft. Its design incorporates an architecture that complies with ISO 26262 functional safety requirements while aiming for high efficiency. When using liquid cooling (50% Water and Ethylene Glycol Mixture)), the system efficiency can reach 94.5%.

（2）Power Performance and Power Density

It delivers excellent power density with a peak power of 60 kW and peak torque of 140 Nm. The design supports flexible voltage compatibility, operating across a wide range of 230-490 Vdc.

With an IP67 protection grade, it offers excellent dustproof and waterproof performance, enabling adaptation to complex operating conditions. It uses a rotary transformer for precise rotor position feedback.

（4）System Integration

Supports CAN (CANFD & CAN2.0) communication, has built-in safety functions with resolver-based position sensing, and provides the necessary data recording capabilities for system debugging and on-site service support.
